The quiet window
Quiet hours default to 22:00–08:00 in your timezone. Non-urgent notifications arriving overnight are held and delivered in the morning instead of buzzing your inbox at night.
Urgent bypasses
Time-critical messages — payment failures, imminent session changes — bypass quiet hours because acting late costs money or misses the session. Marketing never bypasses.
