How long do recordings stay available?

90-day retention

Session recordings are retained for about 90 days (organisation plans may set their own window). Expiring recordings may be transferred or flagged before removal — download or save anything you need well before expiry.

• Watch or download important recordings within the first weeks.
• Do not treat recordings as permanent storage.
• Organisation learners: your admin's retention setting governs your access.
