How do I reschedule a session?

Requesting a reschedule
Open the appointment from My Bookings and choose Reschedule. Your first reschedule requested more than 24 hours before the session is free. Proposals need at least a 24-hour margin, and in some cases the expert's acceptance auto-confirms the new time.
Proposals and withdrawals
Either side can propose a new time; you will be notified to accept or decline. You can withdraw your pending request to restore the original booking. Only one active reschedule per appointment is allowed, so resolve or withdraw the current one before starting another.
