The four offerings
Experts publish four kinds of services. Each has different scheduling, pricing, and cancellation rules, so check the listing before you pay.
- 1-on-1 consultation: a private session with one expert at a mutually agreed slot.
- Subscription: ongoing mentoring over a period, with multiple sessions and anytime cancellation (current period is not refunded, access continues till period end).
- Class: a structured group course with a fixed schedule and tiered cancellation deadlines.
- Webinar: a large live event or workshop, usually a single date and time.
