How do collaborations and revenue sharing work?
Updated September 2026
Inviting collaborators
The host of a webinar or class can invite other experts to deliver it with them. Invitations you send and receive live under Offerings › Collaborations, where each invited expert accepts or declines.
Roles
Each collaborator has a role. A co-host or co-instructor presents: they see the attendee list and hold host controls during the session, and each plan has one such presenter. The other roles — moderator, guest speaker, technical support, teaching assistant, guest lecturer, and content creator — help deliver the session without those controls.
Revenue sharing
The host sets each collaborator's percentage when inviting them. Shares are taken from the expert portion of each sale, after the platform fee, and only collaborators who have accepted are paid. The host always keeps at least 10%, so collaborator shares on one plan can add up to 90% at most.
