How do org wallet, invoices, and overages work?

Members can book against the organisation wallet, a program license, or an invoice arrangement depending on your contract. Admins get low-balance, overage-due, invoice-overdue, and payout-failed alerts — keep billing and escalation contacts current so notices reach the right people.
Overages and overdue invoices
Usage beyond the wallet or seat pack accrues as overage under your contract terms (some plans block overage bookings outright). Overdue invoices can pause sponsored bookings until settled — clear them promptly to avoid learner disruption.
