Invites and roles
Admins invite members by email; recipients accept through the invite link to join the workspace. Owners manage everything, while billing admins handle invoices and payments only — they cannot change SSO settings or manage members.
Verification
New organisations pass verification before sponsoring at scale. If verification is rejected, the notice names what to fix — correct it and resubmit rather than creating a duplicate organisation.
