How do I join my video session?

Join from your booking
Open the appointment in My Bookings shortly before start time and choose Join. The lobby lets you preview your camera and microphone, pick speaker and camera devices, and confirm permissions before entering.
Device tips
Use a current Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari on a stable connection. Allow camera and microphone when the browser asks — you can keep the camera off and still participate with audio. Join links are personal; do not share yours.
