How do I sign in with my organisation's SSO?
Updated September 2026
Sign in with SSO
Enter your work email on the sign-in page. If your organisation enforces single sign-on for that domain, you are redirected to your identity provider to authenticate, then returned to Familiarise automatically.
Common errors
Most SSO failures name the fix on screen. A missing redirect or certificate message means your provider's configuration (such as the X.509 certificate) needs attention from your IT admin. A no-provider message means that email domain has no SSO configured — sign in with your password instead or ask your admin to set it up.
- Sign-in did not redirect: provider certificate or settings invalid — contact your IT admin.
- No SSO provider for domain: use password sign-in or ask your admin to configure SSO.
- Certificate expiring: admins receive expiry alerts — rotate the certificate before it lapses.
