How do referral credits and discounts work?
Updated September 2026
Earning and using credits
A friend who joins through your link gets 20% off their first booking, up to ₹300, taken off the price before tax. You get ₹300 of credit after your friend's first paid session has taken place and its refund window has passed; if that booking is refunded or disputed, the credit is cancelled.
Credit applies automatically at checkout on orders of ₹500 or more, oldest-expiring first, and can cover up to 20% of a booking (less on an expert's own-link bookings). Credit expires 90 days after it becomes spendable, is INR-only and cannot be withdrawn or transferred.
Your referral link is on the Invite & earn page of your dashboard. A referral counts when the person you invited makes their first paid booking within 30 days of signing up; a sign-up alone earns nothing.
Refunds and missing credits
When a booking paid partly with credits is refunded, consumed credits are restored unless they already expired. If your balance shows zero unexpectedly, it is usually a failed fetch rather than lost credits — refresh, and contact support only if the balance stays wrong after a minute.
