How do I sign up and verify my email?

Create your account

Choose Sign up and register with your email address and a password, or continue with a linked social account where offered. You will pick a role — consultee (learner) or consultant (expert) — and can complete a short onboarding profile afterwards.

Onboarding saves as you go, so you can leave and return without losing progress.

Verify your email

We send a verification link to the address you registered with. Open it within its validity window to activate full access. If the link expired, sign in and request a new one from the verification banner.

• Check spam and promotions folders before requesting a resend.
• Use the latest link — older links are invalidated when a new one is sent.
• Still nothing? Contact us with the exact email address you registered.
