Age requirements, consent, and deleting my data

You must be at least 18
Familiarise is an adult learning platform. You must be 18 or older to register, and your date of birth is checked at onboarding. Accounts that do not meet the age requirement cannot proceed.
Consent
By registering and booking you accept the Terms and Privacy Policy; we record when each consent was given. Withdrawing consent for essential processing blocks new bookings because we can no longer fulfil them.
Export or erase your data
You can request a copy of your data or request erasure from your account settings or by contacting support. Erasure removes your personal information while retaining records the law requires us to keep, such as invoices and payout records (typically 5–7 years under Indian tax law). Messages and bookings tied to other users may be anonymised rather than deleted.
